"A college-level textbook covering data basics, probability (optional), distributions, inference for means and proportions, and regression, including multiple and the basics of logistic regression."

"Active Calculus is different from most existing calculus texts in at least the following ways: the text is freely readable online in HTML format and is also available for in PDF; in the electronic format, graphics are in full color and there are live links to java applets; there are live WeBWorK exercises in each chapter, which are fully interactive in the HTML format and included in print in the PDF; the text is open source, and interested users can gain access to the original source files on GitHub; the style of the text requires students to be active learners"
"The Active Calculus texts are different from most existing calculus texts in at least the following ways: the texts are freely readable online in HTML format (new in this version of Active Calculus Multivariable) and are also available for in PDF; in the electronic format, graphics are in full color; the texts are open source, and interested instructors can gain access to the original source files on GitHub; the style of the texts requires students to be active learners "
"Active Prelude to Calculus is designed for college students who aspire to take calculus and who either need to take a course to prepare them for calculus or want to do some additional self-study. Many of the core topics of the course will be familiar to students who have completed high school."
The Cree Dictionary of Mathematical Terms with Visual Examples and Sound provides Cree equivalents of 176 mathematics terms and their definitions in English. The visual examples mainly contain Indigenous elements. Audio pronunciations of the Cree terms are provided. The audio was voiced by an Indigenous Knowledge Keeper. The Dictionary was reviewed by Elders, Indigenous Knowledge Keepers and Cree-speaking educators.
"The course focuses on the creation, manipulation, transmission, and reception of information by electronic means. Elementary signal theory; time- and frequency-domain analysis; Sampling Theorem. Digital information theory; digital transmission of analog signals; error-correcting codes."
"The typical introductory real analysis text starts with an analysis of the real number system and uses this to develop the definition of a limit, which is then used as a foundation for the definitions encountered thereafter. While this is certainly a reasonable approach from a logical point of view, it is not how the subject evolved, nor is it necessarily the best way to introduce students to the rigorous but highly non-intuitive definitions and proofs found in analysis."
"This book can be used by Adult Basic Education programs at colleges; students in community colleges, high schools, tutoring, or resource rooms; self-study readers, including new teachers to brush up on their mathematics; professionals as a quick review of some basic mathematics formulas and concepts; and by parents to help their children with homework."
"This "textbook" (+videos+WeBWorKs) is suitable for a sophomore level linear algebra course taught in about twenty-five lectures. It is designed both for engineering and science majors, but has enough abstraction to be useful for potential math majors."
"This book was written for an experimental freshman course at the University of Colorado. The course is now an elective that the majority of our electrical and computer engineering students take in the second semester of their freshman year, just before their first circuits course."
