The rights of the owner of copyrighted material shall be respected and not be infringed.
Use of any copyrighted material for any purpose shall be in accordance with the law and
with appropriate reference and citation to the creator and the material.
The Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the President, or his/her designee, to develop
and establish appropriate procedures to implement and enforce this policy.
