Truxal Library is proud to present a special exhibit in celebration of Pride Month 2025, honoring and uplifting our LGBTQIA+ community. This exhibit affirms a simple truth: LGBTQIA+ identities are a natural and enduring part of the human experience. Their existence is not a matter of debate—it is a reality that deserves respect, recognition, and celebration. At its heart, Pride is about love, authenticity, and dignity. Everyone deserves the freedom to live openly and be embraced for who they are—because love is love.

Current trends from Pew Research regarding trans acceptance:

• Decline in support for protections
• Fewer Americans now support requiring insurance to cover gender transition-related care
