Live chat is available 24 hours a day! If Truxal Library staff are offline, you can get research and citation help from an international consortium of research librarians.
Don't need help now? You can access the chat from our research guides, in our library catalog, and in some of our databases.

Our two service desks are staffed any time the library building is open (see calendar).
- Reference desk – first floor
- Research and citation help
- Circulation desk – second floor
- Checkout, library cards, textbook reserves, and tech lending

- Finding items in the library, computer and printing help, and all other questions!
Make a research appointment
Appointments are not required to get help, but if you prefer to schedule a research consultation, librarians are available for appointments via the Virtual Writing Center.
