Ways to Get Help

Truxal Library staff are here to help you!

Accessible format help

Please contact us if you need assistance obtaining library materials in an accessible format. You might use this form if you find, for example:

  • An article from a library database that is an improperly-formatted PDF.
  • A streaming video from our collection that lacks captions or audio-description.
  • A printed library handout that you need in another format, such as large-print, high-contrast, or digital.

Please keep in mind that it may take a few days (or longer), depending on your exact need, the capacity of our vendors to prepare alternative formats, and other factors. If possible, submit your request before you need the material.

Note: For course textbooks, please contact Disability Support Services or your course professor. Due to publisher restrictions, the library typically cannot obtain digital textbooks.
